You Can’t Roller Skate in a Buffalo Herd: The Dilemma Isn’t Ethical

In this workshop, WWW doesn't stand for the world-wide web. Instead, it's: Who are you? What are you about? Where did you learn that? These three simple questions are the foundation for our ethical practices.

Every individual has an ethical processor that navigates their life whether they think about it or not. This workshop focuses on identifying the ethics that the participants hold. Participants will have the opportunity to put their values under the microscope and answer the key questions:

  • “Is this who I want to be?”
  • “Is this the way I want to conduct myself?”
  • “Who are the mentor models I can find to reprogram my processor?”

People live and act consistently with this inner rule of law. All major professions have codes of ethics. Ethics are inextricably linked to the bottom line in business, family and individual success. This short course in ethics is an effective tool for bringing balance to an organization.
